Top Parties to attend Around the World

La Tomatina
On the last wednesday in August, about 30,000 people gather in the tiny town of Bunol, Spain to participate in the world's largest food fight. Bring your old clothes and goggles because tomato juice is thrown EVERYWHERE!

Burning Man
Eight days before Labor Day, located in the Blackrock Desert, Neveda, thousands of people gather for an eight day festival dedicated to living free. Bring everything EXCEPT money. This festival is run strictly on barter, (except you can buy ice and water). The festival is designed around a different theme each year and concludes with the burning of a giant man statue.

Songkran
Known as the Thai New Year, this party takes place during mid-april any where in the land of Smiles. (Bangkok and Chang Mai have the biggest celebrations) Make sure you bring a swimsuit, water gun, and extra water because this is the biggest water fight in the world.

Glastonbury Music Festival
This three day music festival, located in Pilton, England, hosted thousands of people from all over the world during the last week of June. This is a true music fest with over 700 musical acts dedicated to the celebration of earth, music and the arts.

Holi
Similar to the Songkran, this party celebrates renewal. This two day Hindu festival is located in northern india during a full moon in the month of March. The first night is celebrated with bonfires and the second brings out your inner child with a massive splattering of a combination colored water and flour.

Bay to Breakers
This party is a seven mile race transformed into a seven mile costume party and keg race located in San Fransisco, CA on the third Sunday in May. Thousands of people line the streets to watch this amazing keg race that began back in 1906 to keep up people's spirits about an earthquake that happened.

Australia Day
What do aussie's love? Beer and BBQs. so why not make a day to celebrate it?! On January 26th, people gather all over the country to celebrate! First time celebrating? don't worry aussie's love training in a newbie!

Queen's Day
On April 30th, the Dutch cut lose and bring out thier beer, music, and orange attire to celebrate the birthday of their queen. This celebration takes place all over the Netherlands, but Amsterdam always throws the largest parties!
